Enterprises move their official websites or business systems from cloud A to cloud B, and the technical actions are often just parsing, moving object storage, and cutting databases. The filing action is another language altogether. The Tencent cloud filing file is hard-written:The filing information must be associated with the server access provider currently in use; The domain name has been filed by other service providers, and if you want to point to Tencent Cloud Host, you must file the access record in Tencent Cloud, otherwise it will be recognized as a domain name that has not been filed, and you cannot conduct business on the platform. This is not a “one more call”, but rather adding a legal access point to an existing call.
One, three movements, don't mix them.
Access filing, change filing, and cancellation filing deal with different risks. Access filing: The subject already has a number in the Administration, and the access provider has been changed or added. Change for the record: The company name, address, person in charge, website name, IP, and content classification have changed, and the existing information must be changed. Logout: The subject or website is no longer available for service. Huawei Cloud quotes Articles 14 and 23 of the Measures for the Administration of the Filing of Non-operational Internet Information Services: If the filing information is untrue, the website or app will be closed and the file will be canceled; if the information changes, it should apply for change 30 days in advance. The most common consequence of treating "changing the cloud" only as an operation and maintenance work order is that the new IP is already external, and the old access provider is still in the files of the Administration.
1.1 Multiple access providers can exist at the same time
Tencent Cloud is clear: if multiple vendor servers are used at the same time, the original filing does not need to be logged out, and multiple access providers can coexist. Aliyun added: After a change is completed, the Administration will synchronize the information to all the access providers without having to re-fill the home. This is good news for enterprises with "official website in A cloud, activity page in B cloud, and interface in C cloud", provided that each access provider that actually provides access has completed access, rather than only changing DNS.

2. The consistency of the main body is the high-voltage line
Tencent Cloud writes "subject consistency" as a principle: the subject of a domain name in the Administration is Company A, and it must still be applied for by Company A at the time of access, and it cannot be changed to Company B. If you want to transfer the site to another company, it is not possible to complete the access filing, but to take the transfer, cancel the redundancy or the main body change path approved by the Administration, and the real name of the domain name must usually be the same as the main body. Since September 4, 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology system has supported the access class filing while changing some information. The authority overwrites the old information after passing, butThe main ID number cannot be changed. Connecting a subsidiary's domain name to the parent company's cloud account, or vice versa, is a typical rejection point.
III. Schedule the verification window before cutting the flow
Access filing review is common from 1 to 20 business days, during which time the website should be kept accessible for verification. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has required SMS verification since August 17, 2020. The person in charge of the subject and the person in charge of the website must be able to receive 12381 verification SMS and arrive within the time limit.beian.miit.gov.cnDone. The departure of the person in charge, the downtime of the number, and the business trip of the legal entity will directly postpone the migration date. Huawei Cloud also reminded that the change of enterprise name should upload the certificate of industrial and commercial name change, and the provinces, the certificate number of the organizer, and the domain name itself usually cannot be changed directly in the change order.
After the website is launched, it is still necessary to hang the filing number at the bottom of the homepage and chain to the inquiry page of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. This is the requirement of Article 13 of the Measures for the Administration of the Filing of Non-operational Internet Information Services, and it is not the same thing as the "passed" in the cloud vendor console. After the analysis is cut to the new IP, if the footer is still the old number and the verification identification directory is lost, the Administration will also require rectification. If there is a requirement for public security networking and IPv6 transformation, it should be checked in parallel with the access filing to avoid the occurrence of "the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology can find the number, but the access IP is inconsistent with the publicity".
- Listed when the project is relocated: current filing number, list of access providers, main credentials, real name of domain name, mobile phone of responsible person, footer hanging and verification identification path.
- Align the main body of the new cloud account with the main body of the record before buying the host, avoid invoicing first and then changing the name.
- Parse the switch in parallel with the access filing, don't wait for the website to only point to the new IP before remembering to submit.
- If you only need to temporarily roll back to the old cloud, confirm that the old access has not been canceled, otherwise the rollback will also become unreported.
IV. Filing is a precursor task on the Migrating Cloud Gantt Chart
The technical team is used to treating the filing as an “administrative attachment”. Judging from the operating instructions of Tencent Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, and Huawei Cloud, it determines whether the new environment can legally provide access. The approach of Xu Wan Niu Technology in the domain name and filing project is that the first page of the cloud migration plan is not a schematic diagram, but a filing action table - who does the access, who makes the changes, who watches the SMS, and who can not cancel the old access before the day. The rules of the provincial administration are different, and the materials are subject to the latest local requirements. This article only compiles the commonalities in the manufacturer's disclosure rules.
The person in charge's ID is valid for less than a month, the scanned copy is missing, and the legal person and the real name of the account are inconsistent. It is the three types of materials returned by the cloud manufacturer in the initial review. It has nothing to do with the rules of the Administration, but it will eat your switching window. It is recommended to pre-examine the materials before the buyer's host: business license, legal entity ID card, screenshot of the real name of the domain name, and mobile phone certificate of the responsible person. If you have set up a switching window, it is more critical to push the access filing submission date forward two working weeks than to set the DNS TTL to 60 seconds. TTL can make the resolution converge faster, the filing cannot be passed, and the new host still cannot open the door in the domestic network.
