XYN Technology delivered the China Textile Information Center 「Cloud Trade Show Application System」 system for cloud trade show booth and exhibition application, implementing booth application, qualification review, document archiving, and notification delivery. Rather than stacking features, the project clarified verifiable business objects, status flows, and permission boundaries first, then delivered a launch-ready, operable system.
Background and Challenges
In advancing cloud trade show booth and exhibition application, key challenges included offline material circulation, hard-to-track review progress, and high communication costs. Spreadsheets, IM, and paper forms could not support scaled processing or retain reviewable process data. Building "Cloud Trade Show Application System" creates a unified entry with versioned materials, queryable progress, and traceable accountability.
Goals
For front-line users: shorten submission paths and reduce repeated explanations. For management: view progress by organization, time, and status. External modules consider mobile reach and notifications to reduce missed tasks.
Solution and Workflow
Delivered as a application system. Information architecture centers on real processing objects for "Cloud Trade Show Application System": connect the main path first, then extend review workflow, result inquiry, and analytics. Field validation, permissions, and audit logs were built in from the start.
